A service experience never to be forgotten
It was a very cold, wintery, snow laden morning on March 5th 2008 as my family of seven waited to head to the airport from our home in Burlington, Ontario. We were all excited to be heading to Montego Bay, Jamaica for a week of family time and R&R. It was going to be 30 degrees Celsius in Jamaica that week and nothing but sunshine.. With the snow falling for a straight 7 hours the roads were a mess and over one hundred flights had been cancelled or delayed from Pearson airport that morning. Good Morning,
I am writing in reference to a limousine rental I had through your company last night. The limo reservation was under the name Graeme Tosh and we were picked up at the Pheasant Plucker at 4:30. Our limo driver's name was Rupert.

First, I'd like to say thank you for Rupert's prompt arrival at picking us up. Second, I'd like to comment on the gorgeous limousine and the tidy state, not to mention the gorgeous stemware and stocked bar, that greeted us. Mostly, I'd like to thank Rupert for his outstanding attitude during a couple of mishaps that took place during our ride. On our way to our destination there was an accident on the highway, which not only meant that Rupert had to find an alternate route(s), but the accident was such that we were stuck in traffic for over 3 hours when our drive should have taken only an hour. Rupert handled this situation with care and professionalism, especially when he was asked on numerous occasions to make bathrooms stops for all the ladies.

I can speak for the other passengers as well when I say, we have taken limousines many times in the past, but have never had such a pleasurable experience. We look forward to riding with your service again, with Rupert as our driver.

Thank you Rupert for being such a genuinely nice person, you made what could have been an awkward experience a really enjoyable one!

Hi There.
I am sending one of your drivers a thank you. I am sorry that I did not have a chance to reply sooner. Jack picked my daughter and I up at my house and we were heading to Las Vegas. He was early and greeted us with a smile. After dropping us off at the airport I wanted to get that last smoke in before heading through customs. We were standing outside and after 10 minutes he drove right back into the airport to find us. We were surprised to see him again. I had dropped by accident my reading glasses. Jack made that extra effort to return them before I had left on my trip. That is exceptional customer service. Keep up the great work!!!

Dear Mr. Morton,

My friends and I would like to thank you for the measurable hospitality and the unrivalled service you provided us last weekend. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated that you would come and pick us up in Buffalo at 9:00 p.m., being called at 8:00 p.m. that night.

As you are aware the limo company we had booked (who had dropped us off) had told us that they would not take us home at the time we had them booked for because they had another scheduled run for that night. Needless to say we had no options, besides an expensive taxi ride, in an effort to make our way home.

Jack, not only did you pick us up but you made sure that each of us were dropped off at our individual homes and for that we are truly grateful.
